The patient does not smoke and had no history of tuberculosis or pneumonia, coughs and colds. One of the suspects, a habit or psychogenic cough.

Do not take this as gospel, but I think it means, scar tissue in the left hemisphere of the lung between the pleura present (the space surrounding the lungs) and diaphragm muscle, which grows larger lungs (,) and inhalation and it looks like a tent. His right lung and left hemisphere are called, if the word "suggests the left hemi diaphragm, that is membership to the area to the left plueral diaphragm.
