Is the rate the sun radiates energy higher today or immediately after it formed? - after sun
I do not know whether the sun emits energy was at current rates, or if you do something with the light .. as if the brightness is greater now, or if after its occurrence.

The sun is brighter. Early in its history was 75 percent as bright as it is today.
They say the ozone layer was the protection against UV rays enter the stimuli decreased, due to pollution and other factors.
